- I love photography--My grandfather put a camera in my hand at a very young age. I remember watching him take pictures with his old Canon AE-1 film camera. In my eyes, he was amazing. I was fascinated. I wanted to be just like him (as do most children when it comes to their grandparents). I never imagined that I would be living out my dream of becoming a photographer and remembering my grandfather each time I hear the click of my shutter. For me, photography is about documenting life as it happens. Capturing smiles, tears of joy, and all other special moments that come and go in the blink of an eye. New babies, new teeth, new loves ... whatever it may be, I enjoy capturing moments that will be cherished for years to come.
